Mitch Keppy grew up dreaming about being a Hawkeye Football players. He will officially start that dream in a few short weeks when he arrives in Iowa City to start working out with his new teammates. The future offensive lineman talks about his spring workouts preparing for this summer with Coach Doyle, relationships with his future teammates, and much more.


Q: What have you been doing as far as training to get ready to be a Hawkeye?

KEPPY: I've been doing the workouts that they sent me this spring to get ready. It's a lot of lifting, getting stronger, and a lot of footwork with speed drills.
