Gair looks to make a name for himself

HawkeyeReport.com After deciding to go by Anthony Gair in college instead of Anthony Morgan, the incoming freshman safety from Texas is looking to make a name for himself with the Iowa Hawkeyes. We caught up with Gair to talk about the name change, what he looks forward to in moving to Iowa City this summer, and much more. Q: Are you already done with classes at this point? GAIR: Yeah, I am. I graduated on May 18, so now I'm just getting ready to go up to Iowa on June 9. Q: What are you looking forward to in spending the summer out there with the team? GAIR: Just kind of meeting all of the guys and getting to know everyone up there, all of the players and stuff like that. Q: Overall, what is the feeling like as you are about to leave for college and move onto the next step? GAIR: It's exciting just to see what it's like and start a whole new experience. I'm excited to see what's to come.
