The holiday season is upon us, which means just about everyone has a wish list, including the Iowa Hawkeyes when it comes to recruiting. We take our best guess at which prospects are at the top of their board, if they have a chance of landing them, and much more in this update.

1		Reggie Spearman LB	At one point early on, linebacker Reggie Spearman was committed to Indiana, but changed his mind and switched to Illinois in August. Now, the Hawkeyes are trying to get him to switch again. The 6-foot-2, 219-pound Spearman made an official visit to Iowa City in November and said it opened his eyes. Since then, he has stayed in close contact with the Iowa coaching staff, but remains a soft verbal to Illinois and is also still considering Minnesota and may take a visit there in January. This one could come down to signing day.

Next men in: DB Isaiah Gourdine, LB Lavonte Robinson, WR Anjeus Jones, and LB Josey Jewell.
