The date - Nov. 8 - holds bittersweet memories for different people in the household of Ocean Springs (Miss.) High School junior Travis Dickson.

First and foremost the day signified a gut-wrenching low for an LSU football team that enjoyed its finest moment of the season - pushing then top-ranked Alabama to the brink - in a 27-21 overtime home loss.
