1.)Your teams biggest weakness? Health. I was thinking about taking Dr. James Andrews in the 12th round so he could travel with my team.
2.)Your teams biggest strength? Power. If healthy I have power that could light Las Vegas for the whole season.
3.)Player(s) that fell to you that you didn't think would make it? Uggla and Wilson. I had to text Nate to make sure Uggla hadnt died in the offseason. I was all set to take Kendrick but I got to stick with my board and I had Uggla a full round before HK. Getting Wilson and Cain to fall to me was a god send. After them I had a huge dropoff to Garza and Josh Johnson. I would have preferred Bumgarner to Cain but you cant throw one past Mr NL.
4.)Player(s) that got weaseled from you? (Taken right before you where ready to pull trigger) No one. I really didnt have anyone on the hook only to lose him right before the boat. I thought for sure Lawrie, Goldschmidt, and Mesorraco would come around to me but they went off the board before I could drop them in the Q.
5.)Player(s) that you knew would make your team? (outside of the top 2 rounds) Wilson, Scutaro, Gomez. Every mock I did had these 3 guys in it. I think Marco will thrive in Colorado and Wilson was one of the last fantasy 2nd tier guys so I knew I had to have him to anchor the staff. For anyone else drafting in other leagues take a long look at Jeanmar Gomez for a late SP flyer.....he is tearing it up and will be worth his value in the late rounds or as a $1-$2 auction buy.
6.)Player(s) that you thought you would end up with but for some reason you didn't get? (outside of the top 2 rounds) Mesoracca. I wanted him on my team so bad but Kriegz jumped in and nabbed him.
7.)Your best pick? Luebke. He is the next Peavy/Latos. I got him at great value. Its really hard for me not to give this spot to Cespedes, he certainly has some of the most upside on my team.
8.)Your worst pick? Nick Swisher. Don't really know why I took him. I didn't need the power or the diminishing skill on my team. Options and time where limited and OF was an open landing spot. If I would have known I would get Yoenis later on I probably would have used his pick on Dee Gordon and AF would be upset.
9.)Your best keeper possibility? Gary Brown. I have had luck with final round Giants in the past (Posey). I have heard a ton of great things about Brown. I am not sure the power will fully translate from the hitter friendly california league but even if he is a 20-50 guy he is still very valuable. Hultzen is another strong pick as I think he was the most major league ready pitcher in the last draft. I saw him pitch at UVA a couple of times and his command is top notch.
10.)Player(s) that is on your team and wasn't even on your radar pre-draft? Hardy, Collmentor. Didn't have either of these guys in any of my mocks for this league or any others. The value just got to be too great and my ranking are my rankings.....gotta follow them.
11.)If you could have one teams hitters whose would you take? Reyes. He pretty much had to $hit the bed to not end up with the best hitting team. I gave my best effort at it but that group is stout. I have a better group of speedsters though.
12.)If you could take one teams pitching staff whose would you take? Nate. Did I just say that? I like the way his rotation is put together. Cant argue with Verlander, CC, and Romero....after that it gets sketchy but who cares? Also Papelbon + Bailey = Top 3 in Haven saves.
Bonus.)Who, other than you, will win the 2012 Haven? Ill take Reyes. Gonna be tough to unseat the champ with that solid group of keepers but it is very possible.

1.)Your teams biggest weakness? Speed. Other than Andrus, I don't have much team speed.
2.)Your teams biggest strength? Strikeouts. Kershaw and Morrow should top 200K. Matt Moore could come close to 200K depending on how many innings the Rays let him pitch.
3.)Player(s) that fell to you that you didn't think would make it? Prince Fielder. I figured the first round would be offense-heavy and thought I'd be chosing between Mark Tiexiera and Jose Reyes with the 7th spot. Halladay and Verlander came off the board early which allowed Fielder to slide down to me.
4.)Player(s) that got weaseled from you? (Taken right before you where ready to pull trigger) Lucas Duda. I love his plate discipline and his power has been developing. There were multiple rounds that I considered pulling the trigger, but held off thinking I had over-rated him d/t my Mets-colored shades. Doug-E finally snatched out from under my nose in the 15th.
5.)Player(s) that you knew would make your team? (outside of the top 2 rounds) Rafael Betancourt. He's a newly-minted closer, but his K and BB rates are comparable to guys like Papelbon and Axford.

7.)Your best pick? Juan Nicasio in the 22nd could be a really nice value.
8.)Your worst pick? I picked up Josh Willingham off waivers last year to fill my DH spot. He was solid (29HR), even if the batting average was lackluster. After losing out on some of my targeted DH options who had a higher upside, I probably overreached for Willingham in the 17th.
9.)Your best keeper possibility? Short-term: Brandon Morrow. Improved his BB rate each of the last 2 yrs and still K's batters at a higher rate than Kershaw. Long-term: Jurickson Profar. Power-speed shortstop who probably won't see the majors until 2013.
10.)Player(s) that is on your team and wasn't even on your radar pre-draft? Elvis Andrus. I expected to wait a long time for SS if I didn't take Reyes in the 1st. But I found myself in need of speed, and Andrus fit the bill too well to pass up in the 4th.
11.)If you could have one teams hitters whose would you take? IOA. That outfield is loaded. Close second to Ain't no Reyes, who has an embarrassment of riches in the infield.
12.)If you could take one teams pitching staff whose would you take? Pimpslappin AllStars. Two bonafide aces, and some nice starters to fill-in the back of the rotation. Enough closers to score a respectable number of saves.

1.)Your teams biggest weakness? I wouldn't say my OF is very strong- need some young athletic guys to live up to their potential. I'll have a hard time keeping up in the BA category.
2.)Your teams biggest strength? I feel like I'm solid but not spectacular in all categories except batting average. Pretty good mix of power and speed and all my starting pitchers should all be around 9.0 K/9.
3.)Player(s) that fell to you that you didn't think would make it? Miguel Cabrera at #2. I assumed doug would take him at #1 and didn't want Pujols since I kept 2 1B. Was pleasantly surprised.

1.)Your teams biggest weakness? Probably outfield at this point. I'll probably be fine, but have so many question marks (will Heyward start to realize his immense potential, what does Ichiro have left and how will hitting third impact his numbers, will Morse's injury linger, can Rios bounce back, is Allen Craig from the World Series a flash in the pan, etc).
2.)Your teams biggest strength? It's a bit boring to say, but I really think my team is very well-balanced. I don't think I'll win many categories, but I can see myself coming in third in both hitting (don't really care what CBSs' "projections" say) and pitching, which should be enough to win the league.
3.)Player(s) that fell to you that you didn't think would make it? Garza in the 7th and Altuve in the 24th.
4.)Player(s) that got weaseled from you? (Taken right before you where ready to pull trigger) Ian Kinsler in the first is the most glaring example. From there, Tex was a no brainer even though I'm not much of a fan (didn't really want to take Reyes already having Castro and spent too much of last year chasing power). BJ Upton going right in front of me takes second (ended up with Heyward).
