Mastrogiovanni has timeline for commitment

Dallas Jesuit has not exactly been a hotbed for big-time college football prospects as of late but the school certainly has one of the better trios of players in the country for the class of 2012. Wide receiver Jake Oliver and offensive tackle J.J. Gustafson[db] have committed to Texas and Texas A&M, respectively, but linebacker [db]Jordan Mastrogiovanni remains undecided.

Perhaps no player in the state of Texas has seen more interest recently than the 6-foot-3, 225-pound Mastrogiovanni. He has added quite a few offers this spring and in the past two weeks has picked up two big ones from Notre Dame and LSU. While the Fighting Irish offered on an unofficial visit, the LSU one came as a bit of a surprise.
