An 'H-Back' is used out of the backfield as a blocker and running fullback, but typically shows exceptional pass catching skills.
The 6-foot-3, 215-pound Davis runs a 4.6 40-yard dash and attended West Des Moines Valley for one year before his family moved to Texas.
We spoke to Davis about the move, about why he selected Iowa and much more and will have a full-feature interview later tonight.
Also, HN.com is hearing from some of its sources that Illinois fullback AJ Johnson might be on the verge of committing to Iowa. We are efforting to get in touch with him and will have a full report when we finally reach Johnson.
