Florida running back Kyshaun Bryan has found a new home. The 5-foot-10, 185-pound Bryan, who was a longtime South Carolina commit, gave his verbal pledge to the Iowa Hawkeyes this evening one day after making his official visit to Iowa City.

"The strength coach is what really sold me on Iowa when I was on my visit," said Bryan, who was also considering Pittsburgh after decommitting from South Carolina this month. "I'm excited to get up there in June and start working with him."

A tough, physical back, Bryan should be a good fit for Iowa's offense in the Big Ten.

“They love the type of back I am and said I would fit perfectly in their scheme,” Bryan said.
