Hawks add Maryland WR
One day after making his first visit to the University of Iowa, wide receiver Devonte Young decided that his college search was over. The 6-foot-0, 190-pound Maryland native made the call to the Iowa coaching staff this afternoon and gave his verbal commitment to the Hawkeyes.

Young chose Iowa over scholarship offers from Rutgers and Pittsburgh.
His commitment is No. 15 for the Hawkeyes in the Class of 2016.
