The Iowa Hawkeyes have finally landed their offensive tackle in the Class of 2016. On National Signing Day, Detroit native Alaric Jackson announced his commitment to the Iowa coaching staff and signed his Letter of Intent with the Hawkeyes.

During the recruiting process, the 6-foot-7, 285-pound Jackson drew scholarship offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Iowa State, Wisconsin, Purdue, Rutgers, Syracuse, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Illinois, and Kansas, among others.

Jackson is commitment No. 25 for the Iowa coaching staff in the Class of 2016.
