McCaffery talks slow starts

Fran McCaffery is an honest coach, almost to a fault, when he is dealing with the media and with his players. The Hawkeye head coach talked to Thursday afternoon and discussed if his teams are simply slow out of the gate to start the season. He also discussed his freshman point guard, Mike Gesell, and what he has said to him after two difficult performances.
