New 2017 Offer: WR Shamond Greenwood

The Iowa Hawkeyes are the latest team to offer wide receiver Shamond Greenwood from Garland, Texas. For the 6-foot-3, 203-pounder from Lakeville Centennial High School, the new offer came this morning from Iowa wide receivers coach Bobby Kennedy.

For Greenwood, it is his eighth offer overall as Iowa joins Mississippi State, Kansas, Tulane, Nevada, New Mexico, SMU and San Diego State on his list.
At Lakeville Centennial, Greenwood is teammates with one of Iowa's top quarterback prospects, Kamron Fields. In fact, he was Fields' top target this past season, catching 59 passes for 821 yards and nine touchdowns in 2015.
