The Iowa Hawkeyes already have one Niemann playing linebacker and now will be adding another. Nick Niemann, a 6-foot-3, 205-pound prospect from Sycamore, Illinois, announced today that he will be joining the Hawkeye football family and his older brother, Ben, in Iowa City next year.

Iowa was the first major program to offer Niemann back in January, but the Hawkeyes were quickly joined by several others. The three-star prospect ended up with scholarship opportunities at Northwestern, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa State, Florida Atlantic, Buffalo, Bowling Green, and Miami of Ohio, among others.
Niemann, who is currently in Iowa City for the Hawkeye Tailgater, is commitment No. 11 for the Iowa coaching staff in the Class of 2016.
