2023 Fall Football Depth Chart Released

Iowa has released a new depth chart at the 2023 Big Ten Media Days and ahead of fall practice and the 2023 football season.

OFFENSE

A few quick thoughts:

* Nick DeJong over Connor Colby at LG is a bit surprising.

* Neither Kaleb Brown nor Seth Anderson are among the five players listed at the two WR positions.

* Transfer OL Rusty Feth and Daijon Parker are listed as backups at RG and and RT, respectively.

DEFENSE / SPECIAL TEAMS

A few thoughts:

* Noah Shannon still listed as a starter at DT, despite the uncertainty regarding the ongoing gambling investigation.

* Nick Jackson listed at MLB rather than WLB, at least for now.
