The Hawkeyes lone addition from the transfer portal, Molly Davis, comes over from Central Michigan after scoring 1,438 points and knocking down 188 3pt shots with the Chippewas over four seasons. She was regarded as one of the best mid-major point guards in the country and was a three-time All-MAC selection with CMU.

Davis met with the media after practice to discuss her transfer to Iowa, getting accustomed to the jump from the MAC to the Big Ten, as well as playing with Caitlin Clark.
