Jesup lineman Brian Sadler has remained on the radar of the Iowa Hawkeyes and made another visit recently to Iowa City.

“It was good and I liked it," said Sadler. "It is always a good time going down to Iowa to experience the atmosphere and everything. I liked it a lot.”

Sadler felt the experience was similar to most recent trip to the University of Iowa.

“I don’t know if there is anything I learned that was different this time," Sadler said. "It was just a great experience overall. I don’t think it was any different.”

There were a few things that Sadler enjoyed the most.

“I’d say my favorite part would probably be getting to see all the facilities again and talk to the coaches," he said. "I got a feel for what Iowa is like.”

Sadler was unable to speak more with the coaches but did not getting any indication on how they felt about him as a recruit.

“They were good," said Sadler. "It was just chatting with the coaches and seeing how their season is going. We talked what their plan is for stuff and it was interesting.”

Iowa is a school that has remained in touch with Sadler.

“They are pretty interested I think," Sadler said. "It is going pretty well. I am staying in contact with them for the most part.”

Sadler has heavy praise regarding the Hawkeyes.

“I like it," he said. "Iowa is a great place. They have a great atmosphere. It is an awesome football program to be around.”

A few other programs across the Midwest continue to evaluate Sadler as well.

“Right now, probably Mankato, Moorhead, Drake, and Luther," said Sadler. "Those are the top ones now.”

Sadler feels that an opportunity to walk-on in Iowa City would be something that would mean a lot to him.

“I wouldn’t mind it," Sadler said. "I’d probably take it and do it.”
