After earning his degree from the University of Iowa this past semester, Marcel Joly plans to play elsewhere in 2018 as a graduate transfer. The 5-foot-11, 202-pound Joly confirmed the news to HawkeyeReport.com on Monday. Currently, he is still looking at his options for the upcoming season.

"Just not sure where yet," said Joly. "I'm keeping my options open."

A three-star prospect from Maryland coming out of high school in the Class of 2014, Joly has played both running back and cornerback in his college career. He has one year of eligibility remaining.
