Trinca-Pasat bulks up

When Louis Trinca-Pasat arrived on the Iowa campus three years ago, he was a 230 athlete who played linebacker and some defensive end. Now as he enters his sophomore season with the Hawkeyes, Trinca-Pasat is a 270 pound defensive tackle. He talks about adding bulk to his frame while retaining his speed and quickness and the competition on the line.
