A former Northern Iowa basketball and football Insider for Townsquare Media, Eliot joins the team as Go Iowa Awesome's new recruiting analyst. He brings experience and know-how for recruit evaluation.

Dietrich Richardson, a 2025 guard out of Manual High School in Peoria, Illinois, took his second visit to Iowa this weekend. He saw the Hawkeyes take down No. 20 Wisconsin in overtime, 88-86.

I spoke to Richardson about his visit, his recruitment process, the other schools pursuing him and more.
