Juan Harris' on-again, off-again relationship with the Iowa Hawkeyes is back off, again.

The 6-foot-3, 367-pound Harris announced today that he is decommiting from Iowa's 2017 class and reopening his recruiting.

"First, I want to thank the Iowa staff for being true and supportive of me this past year," Harris said in a statement on Twitter. "I am decommitting and going to reevaluate. I will not do any interviews."

For Harris, who recently attended camps in Chicago and Detroit, this is the third time that he has decommitted from the Hawkeyes during the recruiting process.
