The Iowa Hawkeyes are the first team to offer a scholarship to Class of 2019 defensive back Brian Williams. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound freshman received the offer after the Iowa coaching staff stopped by his high school, Bishop Dunne, in Dallas today.

For the Hawkeyes, it is only their second offer in the Class of 2019 as Williams joins Ohio defensive back Moses Douglass on their list.
