The Iowa Hawkeyes have extended a new scholarship offer at quarterback in the Class of 2016. Brandon Peters, a 6-foot-4, 190-pound junior from Avon, Indiana, added an offer from Iowa to go with the one he picked up from Virginia Tech a week ago.

As a sophomore, Peters completed 101 of 169 pass attempts for 1,405 yards and 13 touchdowns at Avon High School.
