The Iowa Hawkeyes have landed highly recruited Class of 2019 tight end Logan Lee. The 6-foot-5, 225-pound Lee committed to the Iowa coaching staff shortly after arriving on campus this morning today to attend the Hawkeye Tailgater.
An Orion, IL native, Lee picked the Hawkeyes over early scholarship offers from Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ole Miss, and Northwestern.
Lee, who also won a state championship in wrestling his sophomore year, is the second football commit for Iowa in the Class of 2019, joining offensive lineman Ezra Miller.
HawkeyeReport.com will have more on Lee’s decision later today.
