Starting at 1:30 PM, head coach Kirk Ferentz kicks things off with his annual media day press conference. You can watch that live at HawkeyeSports.com or come back later today to read the transcript right here.
After Coach Ferentz speaks, it is the assistant coaches' turn as we will head to the practice field to interview the entire coaching staff about the upcoming season. Then, it is on to the players, almost all of whom are made available to the media today.
Things typically wrap up around 4-5 PM, so after each of us make our way home, you can expect a steady flow of Hawkeye football information throughout the weekend, including interviews, video, photos, and more.
Of course, for any major news that pops up during the day, whether it is an injury or a change in the two deeps, we will be posting live updates in the Hawkeye Lounge as always.
